Concrete Batcher / Allocator - Gold Coast

An average day in the life our Concrete Batchers involves:
producing and dispatching pre-mixed concrete for site pours
allocating agitator trucks in the most efficient way possible
directly selling our products and services over the phone to customers
liaising with our field sales representatives and administration staff
operating fixed and mobile plant (Front End Loader and Forklift)
coordinating personnel on site, such as contractors
handling money and completing related documentation
dealing with quality/safety/environmental compliance processes
conducting general preventative maintenance
monitoring and ordering stock levels
performing physical tasks related to maintaining the production yard and related equipment
Experience is not required to apply for this role.
The successful applicant will have:
Effective organisational skills
Attention to detail
Good computer skills
Ability to operate fixed and mobile plant (ie. Front End Loader)
Genuine physical ability to safely perform work both indoors and outdoors
Excellent customer service skills
Time management skills
Accurate literacy and numeracy
Willingness to work at any of our Nucon batch plant locations when required, including Yatala, Logan, Southport, Oxenford, Burleigh, Chinderah and Ballina

Concrete Owner Driver Opportunities
As sub-contractors, Lorry Owner Drivers (LODs) are self-employed.
The owner is expected to operate a truck under an exclusive Haulage Agreement to cart and deliver pre-mixed concrete to Nucon Concrete customers.
Occasionally, opportunities arise for prospective LODs to opt-in to the existing fleet through a private truck sale or to bring their suitable truck into the fleet.
