We are pleased to introduce our new Customer Portal, designed to provide a more efficient and convenient way to manage your account with us.

The portal offers a range of features, including order tracking, access to important communications and the ability to sign dockets on your personal device. Our goal is to streamline your experience and provide you with greater visibility and control.
You will also notice an improved layout for invoices and statements from our accounts team.
Please note that Nucon and Nucrush accounts will now operate under a combined account and customer number.
If you require invoices and statements to be sent to different email addresses, please email reception@nucrush.com.au with your preferred details.
The new portal will be active from 11th May and will replace the existing app.

NOTE: You will need to allow 'pop-ups' for this portal to view documents.
For Android phones, you will be automatically prompted to allow this.
For iPhones, go to settings, scroll to your internet browser, and tap on the icon.
Scroll down under General until you find Block Pop-ups. Toggle on Block Pop-ups and allow.

To make payment by American Express credit card, please use the links below. Payment by American Express will incur an additional charge to cover the merchant fee. American Express will automatically add the merchant fee to the amount charged to your card.
